Came in 2 years ago and couldn't decide on a rug. They offered to ring them all so I could see them in my home. They brought them and I only ended up buying one small (I believe it's 5x7) "antique" rug. About six months later, my dog got to the corner. I simply covered that corner with furniture until today, I decided to load it up and carry it back to Tabriz because their sign says "cleaning and repair". My pregnant self lugged it inside and I rolled it. The owner immediately began to shut me down. I tried to explain that I wanted to repair it and later was considering selling it (because we are about to have another baby and I wanted a nursery rug for that space instead). He continued to cut me off and immediately jumped to "well we don't sell used rugs". Which it would have been fine if he said "we would never buy that back" but no, instead he either (a) lied today or (b) lied two years ago when he was showing me the "100 year old antique vegetable dyed rugs". He was super rude and wouldn't even listen to my wishes and just kept telling me the rug was damaged and he wouldn't take it back after years. Ok so first of all, I would never expect a "return" of the rug after all this time and after my dog got it. My dog got to it right after we bought it- if I was going to try to pull that, wouldn't I have done it then? Secondly, if you can't do repairs, don't put it on your sign. Third, learn how to talk to and treat customers. I brought it to you because I wanted your help. Instead, you were rude, dismissive, and wholly unhelpful in every way. read more
