Taberna Santoña, with its nautical theme, specializes in conservas (seafood and fish that is in a tin - but trust me, it's a delicacy, not gross at all!) from the Cantabric Sea. The conservas are both available for sale to bring home with you, or you can enjoy one of the tapas [1] made with the conservas, which include tuna belly and anchovies.

There is no table service at Taberna Santoña, which is weird considering it's a "taberna". Instead, you must go to the bar, place your order, and bring your drinks and whatnot over yourself.
