Nice setup and clean nice yell welcome. But the Women Bathroom No toilet paper or seat covers.

Not only is this place dirty, broken down and unkempt, but they have the audacity to charge almost $10 for just a microwavable cheeseburger, $8 for a sandwich with bread so hard that you could almost snap it in half and upcharge the fast food process by already 30% over other travel centers. The management here needs to be looked into because this is unacceptable. read more

Quick stop, store ok, bathroom was kinda gross, trash cans outside were so repulsive! The smell would knock out any thing, animal, human, or otherwise within 200 yards. That should of been my clue for what's to come. Wanted Subway, but once inside, the meat looked old, gross, and the roast beef looked slimy. Plus the cutting boards were nasty. Just a mess! Sandwich person kept touching their face. They looked liked they could care less to be working there. So from my quick observation my gut instinct said NO....RUN!!! So that's what I did! Know I did the right thing. Said a prayer for the very sweet grandmother who was eating her sub that she doesn't get sick. I would definitely not eat anything from the Subway, or Taco Bell at this location. Just my opinion! read more

TA uses Shell gas pumps. Smaller selection of beverages and snacks than Love's. We went in searching for top-down strap, which we found, but it was $20 so we passes. Not a big selection of much else and most was over priced. TA has a restaurant on one side and Subway on opposite end. read more

This is by far the worst TA location ive stopped at in years. Im trying to think of at least one good thing to say and cant think of anything....oh actually yes...theres alot of parking but thats every TA..so wash machines suck, was given a refund, showers sucked, like most at TA we expect 2 towels and i only had 1...because im sure staff doesnt wanna do laundry...and the buffett..were to start...everything on it looked like it was 5 day old left overs and i obviously walked away from that...understaffed ill leave it at that, because i could go on for as long as the buffett food has been there...keep going theres another truck stop/travel plaza a few miles up in both direction... read more

This was a pretty good place for a pit stop. There was an area for the puppies, obviously plenty of gas pumps, and a couple of fast food joints to grab a bite if you want more than pork rinds and jerky. The restrooms were clean, too. I was visiting nearby and dropped in about 11:30 am for lunch on a recent Friday. My last experience here was several months ago for an early breakfast. There is nothing in particular to bring me back other than slim pickings in the area. When I walked in I noticed right away very few tables were occupied. I looked around behind me and saw there was a line of several at the Subway, no one waiting at the restaurant though. I seated myself, the server came quickly. After looking over the buffet that was my choice, I had an appointment to keep in a little while. The buffet consists of one cold table and one hot. The serving area was clean and the food items full. The salad bar didn't have a large selection. It's unusual enough these days to see a salad bar, in most areas they are relics of the 90's. The hot side of the buffet had several options. It was Friday, fried Catfish was there, in addition to deep fried Chicken. One pan contained some bits of beef with a few pieces of Bell Pepper all floating in an overly generous amount of very thin, gray natural gravy. The other offerings included mashed potatoes with instant brown gravy, French cut Green Beans and a combination dish of Okra and Tomato many call "Okra Gumbo". By far the best dish was the Okra and Tomatoes. The buffet is not cheap and had the food been up to par worth the expense. My suggestion to management is to become one with your cook and provide training to reduce the tendency to overcook. Overcooking left the Chicken dried out and stringy, the texture of the Catfish was mush and the Green Beans cooked nearly beyond recognition. Round that out with instant potatoes and gravy and the highly questionable Beef item ends up with your customer shaking his head. My three stars for this review includes three full stars for the restaurant server, two stars for the facility/cleanliness, one star for the food. read more
