#12/2024 Located on the heavily traffic truck corridor of interstate 16 from Macon Georgia to Savannah Georgia. This is a relatively new ta Express opened within the last year. Truck stops are definitely needed on this stretch now because parking is severely lacking and lot of the truck stops are doing a good job chain wise of opening up. This is like any other standard T/A They have the fueling sections they have the driver sections this one has a Burger King inside of it. Still staying fairly clean for the most part being that it's still new I know the bathrooms could use a little attention like some have said in the past some of the stuff is falling apart already due to Vandals. I have a nice little drivers room with TV comfortable chairs. This is one of the tas that has their new Bean to cup coffee. They also have a nice selection of hot food in the deli cases fully stock store. There's also a truck repair shop on premises like almost all ta's. read more

Technically, this is a TA Express. However, aside from a smaller convenience store there are 16 gas pumps, a large trucker lot with diesel, truck repair/service center, and pro driver lounge plus showers. It's much like any other TA. There's just one fast food restaurant (Burger King). But, the store has a variety of hot food choices (sandwiches, burgers, hot dogs, and pizza), which might be your go-to option when BK is super busy. Very spacious truck lot, very friendly staff, the onsite restaurant serves a great menu of which I highly recommend the All American Breakfast. There is paid truck parking, showers, and very nice restrooms. Upstairs has laundry facilities as well. read more

The service here is awesome. Pumps easy to get o. And out! Plenty of parking. I would have given a five till I walked into the bathroom. We have been here numerous times since it opened, and each time the bathrooms get worse. Seats falling apart, DIRTY. If you only need to use restroom - no gas - go down the road. A nice place to stop for a break and to refuel. There are 294 TA Travel Centers across 44 states and territories in the United States and Canada. 10 of these are located in Georgia. These places cater to both trucks and cars alike depending on the specific place that you visit. This site is one of those locations and backs up to a larger truck stop. It was very busy so please take care when transiting in and out of the parking lot. It was just south of I-16 and on the east side of SE 301. It had a good amount (about 50 spaces) of car parking on two sides (the north and the west) of the building. Inside was clean with a Burger King in the lobby and a store for shopping basic needs. The inside was polished concrete or terrazzo floors with racks of merchandise and plenty of room between the racks. The bathrooms had full doors that reached to the floor and were very clean and well-kept. Overall, it was a nice place to stop for a break and to get gas for the automobile and I would recommend it as a place for travelers passing through this area. read more

I was so excited about coming to this TA. Being it was new I was maybe expecting too much. So at first look there we got excited. This place is clean which is good, but then you start looking. One of the sinks in the women's bathroom is barely hanging on under the counter top. You see the truck parking and think there is plenty of parking, but that's not really so. There is probably 75 or so spots, however, only about 20-30 of them are open the rest are reserved only parking. I could see maybe 10-15 reserved, but these places are making a killing off truckers between diesel, showers, food, drinks, etc. To have us then have to pay another $15-$20 for parking is just ridiculous. The shower system was messed up when we were here. It would have multiple drivers going to the same shower, then it would skip 4 numbers. The sitting area is nice, but you cannot hear the intercom calling the shower numbers so you have to keep going out and checking. This was a complete mess. They need to get new training and have this whole system redone. There is currently 8 drivers waiting. They told us the shower would be 30 mins, we came back in 25 mins later and they were 4 people past us. Then gave a new number and said a 2 hour wait. read more

It would be nice if I can get the mobile app to work. Customer service won't answer and clerks don't care about the app because they have no knowledge of it. More of an inconvenience than anything. Not to mention the unusual transaction taking place everywhere. But plenty of parking. Oh no cars allowed in truck parking area, so you have Carrie everything a half mile to the front of the T/A which sucks. read more

I was unable to understand what the male cashier with long blond and blue braids in his hair was saying at the Burger King within the rest stop. I could also have went without hearing "WET A$$ puss!3" playing from behind the counter with the cashier singing along. the fuel prices are over 25c higher than across the street. I give 2 stars instead of one because the bathrooms were 7/10 clean. read more
