They carry a really good range of power ranger toys, best in the area. Staff always seem very friendly and helpful. Has a much more personal feel than the huge stores, I would definately recommend this shop.

The original Factory Shop sell a varieyt of good from good quality clothes, children's toys,…read morebedding to pet stuff and excellent electrical goods. My one piece of advice would be, if you see a bargin, grab it while you can as it may not be there next time you go. The staff are friendly and helpful but don't know themselves what is going to be on the next delivery. There is a small car park attached to store but this is often full, there is a council pay and display carpark just across the road. A shop well worth popping into regularly to spot a bargin or two.

I went away with that old fashion feeling of service satisfaction.The manager did say the Sussex Stationers a few doors away had been bought by W.H. Smith since closure. I do not think they can compete with this service!

They were very friendly and gave me some tips on cooking. One of them even offered to write a recipe out for me that I could pick up another day. Will definately use this shop again and would highly recommend it to others.
