I was given a list of restoration companies. Jarvis Property Restoration was the company I picked and I am glad I did. Damage estimator Paul Holubek arrived and did a thorough inspection of the damage. Mutual Liberty claims adjuster informed me that it will be my choice to pick the company of my choice. Of course I picked Jarvis over the few I was given for the professionalism way Mr. Holubek conducted himself and got immediately to get boarding the garage. I was handed a copy of the estimate that had a footnote stating " there maybe further damage. Work was completed except the garage floor which was subcontracted to Ken Kern Enterprises to be epoxied in spring. Floor was done before the lockdown. Floor looked fine but early September I noticed the floor was peeling and bubbles appeared all over. I notified Mr. P. Holubek. He then put in a large patio made of pavers. Lastly he prepared the ground and laid sod in our front and back yard. Plus he moved a mature palm and planted 3 king palms, multiple sego palms, and some Japanese box hedge plants near my front door. He is very professional and communicative. By the end he become a friend of ours. He continues to check in and make sure the grass is doing well, adjusts the sprinklers as needed, and gives us advice on lawn care.
