Absolutely unacceptable experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. We just opened our moving truck and almost everything is broken. Not only was the furniture damaged, but many of our items were not wrapped or protected at all. From the start, the packing job looked careless. Boxes were stacked without regard to weight, items were wobbling in the truck, and furniture that we specifically pointed out as expensive or fragile was left unwrapped. I even climbed into the truck myself and could clearly see that it was not packed properly. One of the movers (I believe his name was Rusty) appeared to be brand new and repeatedly dropped boxes while loading. At one point clothing items were literally scattered across the yard because he dropped them coming down the ramp. It was incredibly frustrating to watch. There were two other movers -- I think their names were Quintin and Axel. Only one of them was polite and apologetic. The other was extremely dismissive and arrogant. Every time my mom or I raised concerns about wrapping furniture or packing items more securely, he brushed us off and repeatedly reassured us that he had been doing this for 11 years and that everything was fine. We even labeled the boxes ''Fragile" or "Nothing on Top"- as pictured below. Clearly, it was not. Despite our multiple requests to properly wrap furniture and secure fragile items, those requests were ignored. Now we're left unpacking a truck full of damaged belongings that could have easily been prevented with basic care and professionalism. This experience was careless, frustrating, and incredibly disappointing. When you trust a company with your home and belongings, you expect at the very least that they will handle them with care. We are giving them a 2 star as people tend not to read 1 star or 5 stars. We previously used T2 Movers in 2024 of October and could not have been more happier with the service. So when it came to our move in October 2025 we stayed with them. First of all, when we called for a quote to move to our new house, we specifically said that we needed several large items disassembled at our old home and assemble at our new home. They confirmed that could do the job. My husband also sent pictures of our large furniture items so they could visually see the items we had. They "disassembled" our air hockey table incorrectly as they did not take out the bolts. One leg on the air table was broken when we went to set it up. Secondly, they did not have the proper tools to disassemble our treadmill. So they did not take our treadmill from the house. One of the gentleman said to my husband "I wish I would have brought my own tools." When they completed the move, the mover asked to use my husband's phone to close it out as it would be quicker. He immediately hit 5 stars and handed the phone back to my husband. I had to call back to ask if they were going to come back to help us with the treadmill and if they now had the tool. I was then asked to buy the tool. One would think they would have the proper tools to complete the task. They did rectify the issue after I had to call them several times to come to the house and take the treadmill to our new home. We were told they don't work on some treadmills. During the estimating process, we sent pictures of the treadmill and the manual and was told it would be no problem. When we called about the air hockey table we were first told by Justin it was broken particle board so not covered. We sent pictures of the bolts that were not disassembled. Justin then changed his story to they only disassemble items so they're able to be moved safely. I asked how the parts were moved safely if they broke the leg. At that point Justin repeatedly began speaking over my husband and myself. I then complained that the mover set his own review at five stars. He stated we can go back and change it (implying that is their standard practice). We stated we would be changing our review and contacting the Better Business Bureau. Justin stated that sounded like extortion. To me, it sounds like someone almost learned a new word. It's not extortion to provide honest reviews and report failure to comply with the moving contract to the relevant consumer groups. We will never use their services again. I hope this review has anyone considering using this company to think twice. *please note the saying-the customer is always right (especially when the company ruined our air hockey table) does not apply to these folks! I think their staff is learning from their manager Justin and owner Ashley. Their staff should NOT "here let me help it will be quicker" and press the 5 stars on their tablet for their review after their job was finished. I've been contemplating writing this for a while because I really do love to support local businesses when possible. But after my experience with T Square Movers back in November, I feel it's important to share. We had just finished building our home, and I needed help moving a 48-inch Wolf range--about 600 pounds and very awkwardly shaped. I communicated that clearly to Ashley when scheduling. She later claimed I didn't mention it would be on my husband's truck bed, and if that's true, I take responsibility for that. But what I did do, repeatedly, was ask her to send more movers. She had only planned to send two, which seemed unrealistic given the weight and difficulty of the item. The two young movers who showed up were incredibly kind and respectful. But they were put in a really tough spot--they ended up spending about 30 minutes on the phone going back and forth with Justin and Ashley (the owners) trying to figure out what to do. We kept asking for more help, and eventually Ashley's husband showed up. He didn't really help--mostly just barked orders at the guys--and then we were charged extra for him being there. Honestly, we probably would've been better off without him. What I still don't understand is: if they were going to charge us more anyway, why not just send the extra help from the beginning so things could be done safely and efficiently? At one point, the range was close to tipping, and my husband offered to help. Ashley's husband said no--but one of the movers actually turned to my husband and said he really did need help. It was just a mess, and I felt bad for the workers caught in the middle. Now here's why I'm actually posting this. Ashley and Justin co-run a Facebook group called Save Lincoln Local with another person named Nolan. A woman recently posted asking for recommendations for help moving a large piano. Because they run the group, T Square was being heavily recommended. I simply commented that I didn't have a great experience and wouldn't personally recommend them, and that she could message me for details. They deleted my comment and temporarily blocked me from the group--I have screenshots of it all. Instead of taking accountability or even allowing a fair discussion, they tried to silence criticism. It's disappointing and honestly a very poor way to handle business. Embarrassing others to protect your own image is never a good look. I hope this helps others make an informed decision. Taylor, Axel, and Aries worked hard and fast, while carefully moving us into our new home. They were completely dedicated to avoiding damage to walls and floors. I highly recommend THIS team. HOWEVER... the next day we found that the company had charged us an additional $207 saying we had gone over by 13 minutes. There was certainly more than 13 minutes of downtime during the three hour move, including 10 minutes spent in their personal truck while waiting for the moving truck to arrive at the house. That time could have been used moving things we had already brought in, which they did later. Additionally, there were at least 10 minutes of all of us goofing around together at the end, when they came inside, and I took their picture and Caleb got me to the right site to leave a review, etc. ( which he filled in himself as 5 Star). If the company had offered to meet us partway, I would have been happier. Instead, Ashley, the owner, adamantly told us several times that we had signed a contract, blah blah blah. there was no attempt on her part to make it right.Perhaps if the movers themselves could have said, "hey if we finish in five minutes, we won't go over the time and you won't be charged anything extra." Given that didn't happen and we did spend time divvying up tip money and getting the review online, I'm very disappointed with the extra charges. Therefore, I can't recommend the company itself. Despite the fact that there was indeed a contract, the workers/company could have contributed to keeping us within that time, or being a little more flexible about 13 minutes overage when there was downtime. Or even have workers say, "well, we have to charge you for an additional hour... Is there anything else the three of us can do for 42 minutes". Nope. We were nearing the time to contract with a moving company, we searched the field of potential movers and found that the ones we had a good experience with were booked that far ahead. We made more phone calls and were impressed with the preliminary discussions with Ashley of T-Square Movers. We went through the questionnaire with her and thought that it was thorough. We had to make a deposit for three hours of service. Little did we realize that our fairly simple seven mile move would entail a total of nine hours. Of even greater concern was that in the unpacking mode in the next few days, we found essentially every piece of wood furniture in our household had been gouged or scratched in some way. Truly amazing, what? no pads, buffers or straps? On top of that, many of our packed boxes ended upside down. Liquids and fragile items were in disarray, leaking or broken. We attempted to contact the T-Square offices by phone, text and email but either could not connect or received no reply. As busy as we were, it took another month before we attempted to make contact again. Still no success. Finally a month later we actually got through to the office and were told that they cannot receive texts, but that she would try to find our communications and get back to us. Nope, not one response. We tried other avenues again, nope, still nothing. Today we see repeated five star reviews listed on their website and on-line, Wow, we wish we had any of that great performance. One, two, three, four or more fewer damaged pieces of furniture and belongings could maybe have lightened our moods just a little. Even a touch of sympathy or concern, but NOTHING! We still have the image of our new mattress being drug down the apartment hallways, elevator and lobby floors. this company has a clause in the contract that holds them not liable for any damage they do to your items. and they stand by that. this company loaded my two white leather sofas into the truck. it was raining that day. when they unloaded both sofas were covered in black crap on sides and front....where they slid them and then stood on end. the boys said they thought this would wash off....but it has not. the company refuses to pay any damages. in fact the owner was rude and implied i lived in filth and did this myself. so if you don't mind your possessions being ruined, and no recourse hire this company. otherwise go anywhere else. read more

DO NOT HIRE this company if you care about your stuff or walls. I hired this company to unload my U-Haul. 2 scrawny teenagers (maybe young 20's) showed up. They could not carry my heavy items without causing damage. The flipped my wood dresser upside down and slid it across my wood floor causing gouges to the floor and my dresser. I politely requested they watch the walls and several dings later they were done. Many items of furniture now have scratches and gouges in the legs that weren't originally there. There was absolutely no forethought to the move and they just dropped everything into a room. My mother and I had to follow behind and adjust each item otherwise they wouldn't have been able to keep unloading. While I give the 2 kids credit, they didn't give up but cursed at each other the whole time. They were not a pair that worked well together. I ended up having them put a few items in the garage because they were physically incapable of moving them any further. I had the U-Haul loaded by actual professional movers who didn't struggle with any items. The heaviest item were electric couches...I'll admit they're heavy but this is why I hired a company. Save yourself the $ and move it yourself or seek elsewhere. I now know why you pay in advance...you'll want your $ back after the damage they cause. read more

They told me they needed me to fill out a form before they could give me a quote. They needed an inventory. I stated again I need two movers for two hours to move boxes out of the basement and three pieces of furniture. They said company policy dictates that you have to fill out a form so that we know what we're moving. I again told them that it was two movers for two hours to move boxes out of a basement and load them into my vehicle. They would not just give me an estimate of what that would cost. The owner then gets on the phone and I told her I need 2 movers for 2 hours to move boxes out of a basement and a couple pieces of furniture. She then said "you've said that 10 times" and "I don't even want to give you a quote" The phone call lasted 2 minutes and 29 seconds. Do not recommend. We hired T Square Movers to pack a UPACK trailer on our move to North Carolina last fall. The crew that showed up was friendly (most of them) and worked very hard. The problem is that they did a horrible job loading the trailer. We were shocked when we opened the trailer in NC; would post pictures if I could. Nearly every piece of furnature of any value that we had was significantly damaged. Much of the damage was due to poor decisions made during packing. Bundles of metal pieces associated with shelving were jammed in next to leather love seat and dining room table and chairs so that normal bumps and vibration associated with road travel destroyed the finish of nearly every piece. We had many straps and moving blankets available for them to use in Lincoln. They chose to use very few straps and, therefore, furniture and boxes were jumbled all over the trailer. Banker boxes were tipped over and papers in them spread all over the place. If you have a simple job requiring moving some furniture these guys would probably be okay. DO NOTE USE THEM FOR ANY SERIOUS MOVE. T Square claimed they never helped with our move so I sent owner date and amount of transaction. Offered to send screen image from account. Good luck to anybody using this moving company. I wouldn't recommend them. I moved 3 hours to Omaha from out of state. Ashley called me irresponsible when I wasn't able to make it to Omaha at the time we agreed upon. Moving is already stressful enough. That just added to a shit day. Rescheduled a time to unload the moving truck. When the two guys were done unloading, we were standing outside and one of them mentioned slashing my neighbors pool and watching the water pour out. Looking through my things, I noticed some broken glass and scratched furniture. Contacted Ashley to see if they would compensate for any of it. She blamed the people who loaded the truck. read more

The guys that came out and helped me move into my apartment were amazing, professional, efficient, and friendly. However, when dealing with the manager Ashley on the phone I found her rude, demanding and unprofessional. There was miscommunication over a payment issue when she became very short with me as I tried to understand the issue and work out the problem. Numerous phone calls to her and she couldn't even step away from crying children in the background so that I could hear her clearly to resolve the issue.
