I called Pro-Tint and they gave me an excellent quote on the job. They also followed-up with a text the week before the job was to be done as well as texted me the morning they came out. They were on time and very courteous, did a GREAT job cleaned up everything and put everything back in place. We can now leave the blinds open all day and it is wonderful to have the outside light without the heat coming in. This is being reviewed 2 months after they did the job because I wanted to make sure I was happy with the work and the outcome. EXTREMELY HAPPY, HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

It is a…read moredetached shed with a sign on the front, so you can find it, you just have to drive to the rear of the actual address. There are a few parking spaces next to the building and the lot is paved. I walked into the door to the waiting area and waited while the owner finished a phone call. I told him I wanted an estimate on tinting the door windows darker. He said he was rather busy so it would be a couple weeks until he could get to me. I was fine with that so we checked my vehicle. He said I already had the darkest tint allowed on my windows but suggested tinting the windshield would help reduce sunlight into the cabin quite a bit. I was given a decent price and he said the phone call was a cancellation for the next morning so me could squeeze me in if I could get there. I returned the next morning, and he went to work right away. The windshield tinting took only about 30 minutes and looks great. I appreciate the honesty of not selling me something I didn't need, and for making a suggestion that really helped reduce interior heat. I will definitely return for my next tinting needs.

I left a two-star review here and was met with an extremely rude response. Fine, whatever. But then…read morethe owner went out of his way to track down my personal social media account and berated me over my review and actions. I had no idea because I don't check my messages often--only when I need information from a sender. When I finally did, I realized he had messaged me eight months ago. When I didn't respond and later blocked him, within just 25 hours, he went back and edited his reply on my review to be even more aggressive. This feels obsessive and unsettling. They should have just left my review--and me--alone. Honestly, I feel really uncomfortable and even scared. Businesses have addresses on file and with this much retaliation, I'm a little scared

I admit it was very dirty but they left so much fluid in the seats and carpet that the car would not run right. They told me "it came in running like that", which was a lie. It ran fine on the way to their shop and had never had that problem before. It limped home where I first used a small rug shampooer (the "Little Green Machine") to suck as much water out as I could get, then put fans blowing air through the open doors for a couple hours, then actually put a dehumidifier inside the car and ran it all night with the doors closed. In the morning it was finally dried out enough to start and run right. I will never give them a good review because of what they did and the way they handled it.
