Again, very flakey, very buttery, the perfect touch of sweet chocolate. And a savory, massive scone. Bacon and chives, I think. Also very good. Crumbly. Overall, I was very surprised. He was giving out his Italian rustic bread, which lacks any structure and flavour. However, for those who purchase any of these breads, just remember that if you do not eat them within 24 hours, always put them in the refrigerator... the heat and humidity will make your bread spoil fast. What Victoria commented about happened because she didn't put it in the refrigerator. All my breads that I make last 5-6 days when properly refrigerated.
