Was talked into getting a black privacy screen protector with my new phone. Took me a while to figure out why my Face ID wasn't working. Thought it was a normal 30 day return policy but because it was past their 14 day return time frame the useless screen protector cost me $65. read more

If I could rate lower I would. To those already in with T-Mobile don't go to this locations very long wait. To those thinking about switching to T-Mobile don't, I thought hmm since T-Mobile bought out sprint they must have better network etc so I Regrettably went to THIS location and was convinced I would be getting a super good deal for switching over and discounts on buying new phones. This location will add on things you did not want to make more money they ask me 3 times if I wanted to add insurance to my phone I said NO, but guess what they still did. Also if your take one of there deals where you buy one phone and get the other one cheaper cuz they will give you "credit" back. They don't tell you the break up that credit in small amounts a months. Keeping basically you in a contract for YEARS so that way you won't want to switch to different service cuz then you will lose the credit. Again THIS LOCATION will do this. Now if your going to another place this are the problems you will run into. First off anyone thinking of switching over don't, the service is "mierda" ( Spanish word look it up) , I have "5G " and get constant drop calls, slow speed etc. ( I have called in to get this issue fix but they just tell me techs are busy and will call me back, but guess what they don't) Also just called today to confirm this but you will be on hold for at least at least 40 mins or longer anytime you want to talk to customer service, and then you get some out not from the states that doesn't know what the heck there talking about. BUT THE WORST is they will say there is no contracts with them, for sure as long as you don't take one of there "deals on new phones" or any other "promotions" and your are free to leave. read more

There customer service is so poor. Called this morning to see if a certain apple watch was in stock. Maria answered the phone, they really need to teach her some customer service manners. Shes on the phone with me and having a separate conversations.. I say "what" and she says rudely " im with another customer" she then proceeds to ask me who i am if im calling from another store or if I am a tmobile customer. She says hang on and doesnt come back to the phone. I called another tmobile store where they actually value their customers. read more

Came in for the Black Friday promo. I traded my old iPhone to get a "free" iPhone 7. Paid extra for an upgrade and gave them my phone. A week later my promotion was dropped because my current plan doesn't qualify. During my transaction I asked if I qualify for the promotion BEFORE signing the contract. Now I'm out of a phone that was working fine and was already paid for! The reps aren't knowledgeable and are just interested in selling you items and features. I went back to get this fixed and their solution was to take services off and change my plan which would result in my plan go up $15 so goodbye credits anyways. Then suggested that I call T-Mobile directly to fix their mess. AVOID going to this store unless you want to be lied to! read more

Idk where to even begin!! Long story short.. we opened an account and closed it not 10 min later.. a week later I went into the 33rd s state store to clarify a few things. The girl help tells me my account was never closed! So we spent 30-45 min on the phone trying to get it closed for the second time! Finally it's done right? Glad she caught it. Well 3 weeks go by roughly, hence today, as I'm standing in a store getting ready to leave a charge from T-Mobile pops up on my phone for $200!!! YOUR JOKING RIGHT?! I go back they call in same crap! "Oh we can't do anything sorry it'll take BUSINESS dayyyys to come back on your card" so I ask for a number my bank can call they reply with they don't have one. Seriously?! So I said ok what's a good number my attorney can call then? She puts on hold then says oh I've escalated your account but u still won't get it till Monday!! So thank u now I'm broke, have to cancel my plans, then have to cancel my card to prevent this from occurring another time and rearrange all my auto payments bills etc not to mention not have access to my next check until the new one comes..
