We purchased the new iPhone 11 from Apple and then contacted the Tmobile call center to complete the additional line. When contacting the call center we never were able to reach a person due to 1+ hour wait times -all seven calls required us to choose the callback option and we did typically receive a callback within 45 minutes. The call center agents eventually connected the service however it never functioned correctly due to my grandfathered plan which is not offered anymore. Because the call center could never fully resolve the connection issues we drove to the Tmobile store on Lavista road. Ricardo the store manager was incredible and contacted technical support and spent 55 minutes working on the phone and technology issues. His persistence paid off and we finally have functional phones. He was super polite and helpful!! Thank you Ricardo and Tmobile!!

OOMA is blocking my number!…read more I've been trying to port out my business number from OOMA to Google Fi for over 3 weeks -- no success. They've given me multiple contradictory instructions, such as using no PIN or the last 4 digits of my number, but Google Fi requires a valid PIN. Every email contradicts the last, and their overseas support team offers no real help -- no supervisors, just long delays and empty promises. I'm stuck paying for a number they won't let go. Avoid OOMA if you want control over your business communications. Terrible service.
