Went in Monday to get a new phone and Nathan was super helpful and quick to get me set up and on my way. Only took about 30 mins (total) to get me checked out and my new phone set up. I also saw at least 6 people come in and be helped by the other 2 fellas while I was there. Would definitely go back and ask for Nathan if I need anything else.

(Before leaving, I had told him clearly to cancel and he had said he would, and when I got back home I had called the Verizon phone payment system to make a payment). The manager called me yesterday, talked to me as if I were a cheat deadbeat, and demanded that I come in to fix the error her staff member made by not cancelling the transaction (she claims he submitted a payment - however, as far as we can see this isn't possible since there was no credit card info given at the time). I called Verizon Billing and was told that a payment was submitted and then cancelled. Seems like they're trying to pull something questionable here. Due to this experience, we are looking into alternatives the next time we need a new phone. We may even stop having a phone at all. Not worth the hassle.

Horrible customer service at this location. They would not help my sister to activate a phone that…read moreis a Cricket phone that I gave her. My family of five are currently Cricket customers and we have had great service at our local Cricket store (different state). We sent her the phone so she could set up her own Cricket account, switching from her current phone carrier. They would not help her and were very rude. Not just once but twice! They told her I would have to fly in and personally activate it and the second time she went in, they would not sell her a SIM card (which you can buy anywhere) I am not going to explain the whole story because it is just too dumb. Long story short, we bought our own Universal Cricket SIM card from Target and sent it to her. We then called Cricket customer service and with their awesome help she is now all set up on her Cricket phone and with a new Cricket account. No need to go to this awful, rude, unhelpful Cricket store!! They could have had a loyal customer that would have likely come in for an upgrade, etc. soon, but instead they have ruined any chance for repeat business. We were so annoyed by this, that I seriously considered changing phone companies for my family of five and taking my sister with me. But then I remembered the great service we have received from our local Cricket store and also when we have called into Cricket customer service, so I decided to not let this one lousy Tahlequah location ruin all of that.

This is the worst internet service I have ever incounted, canceled my service and they still billed me after I discontinued my service with them. I can't get anyone down there too help me all they want is your money even if your service is out. I do not recommend this service. customer service is horrible and so isn't the services they provide. I refuse too pay them money for not having service when towers were down. I know they will put me through collections, and believe me I will tell the collectors why I refuse too pay them a full month of service I didn't have because they were working on the towers. I will fight this with collections. They are trying too get away with stealing my money. Their services are always down for some reason or another and all you get from customer service is they are working on the towers. Why do I owe you money for what services. BEWARE!!! Good People.

Where do, I begin Bravado Wireless has been a nightmare. The network or service is constantly down…read more My service went down for 5 months the customer service ran me around. So then, I find out that, I'm unable to place calls in the state, I reside in not anywhere else in the United States. Your mostly run around in circles no one will help you or give you a straight answer. Then after 6 months of trying to get my service repaired. The customer service says we'll give you a deal on a new phone that's the problem you need the new 5G. So, I thinking this will resolve the problem buy a $1200.00 new phone. Then the new cellphone Bravado Wireless service still doesn't work. I call customer service agent she yells at me hangs up and I'm only asking about the phone & service this customer service agent hung up on 4 times. I had to call again and attempt to find a good customer service agent at Bravado Wireless. There's also no online support to email them or chat about your problems. Ever time, I turn around to use my cellphone There's no service. And currently, my service isn't working again its been several days. I was with Sprocket Wireless not one problem in 8 years then Bravado Wireless bought them out. Then constantly all this time, I've been with nothing but problems and rude customer service agent. I search online it says theirs several celebrities invested in Bravado Wireless not sure if this is true. Also Bravado Wireless has a terrible turn over with its store people and customers service agents. An customer service agent one day is helping you and says they'll call you back with answers. No one ever calls you call and ask for that customer service agent and they no longer work there. You have to start all over again and still it may take 2 weeks to 5 weeks before they get the issue fixed. I ask a customer service agent for a contact number for a Bravado Wireless supervisor so, I could try to get help once. I was told there is no one else or no other phone number for you to call for assistance or to file a complaint with the company. BEWARE WARNING!!!! FIND ANOTHER CELLULAR SERVICE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY IT'S HORRIBLE!!!!
