They need to invest in better cyber security for their Internet and phone customers. I personally had been severely hacked while being with T-Mobile. Went to store with my concerns and was rudely dismissed. Couldn't wait to leave this company. Tho the hacking effects still haunt my mother and I despite moving to a different carrier. read more

Alysha, the store manager, stepped in and took ownership of a situation she didn't create. She corrected the account issues, addressed the misinformation, and ensured safeguards are now in place so future customers don't run into the same problem. She went above and beyond to make things right. The staff here has been transparent, helpful, and genuinely customer-focused. I switched from another carrier and traded in four eligible phones for their free phones promotion December 2023. My December bill charged me for the phones as the store staff forgot to included my trade ins, so I had to return to the store with all four of the new phones for them to re-do the transaction. It was inconvenient but I thought it was fixed. My January bill is again charging me for the phones (as well as back charging the amount removed in December). The store said they can't fix it, and I've called the 611 # multiple times to either remove the charges or give me my trade ins back so I can go to a carrier that actually honors their free phones promotion. The staff at the Spencer location were very nice, but don't know what they are doing when signing up new plans with promotions. read more
