Person on the phone ( after talking to several) said it needs to be done in store. Went back to the store. Associate called and I was advised that trial was canceled in time, so no charges. After hours ( literally) on the phone over the past couple months, I'm still looking at a charge. Now threatened with late fees. Why 2 stars? Devise worked perfectly. And I've had a cell plan for years. No problems there. I actually want the internet service, but I won't now subscribe.
