My fiancé is also on the account (was a family plan) and was told after changing her plan to $35 a month without data (just talk and text) but after getting off the phone to customer service about trying to save my number and use it elsewhere they had snuck WITHOUT PERMISSION several additional charges and protection what should be a $35-50 a month is now $113 for ONE PHONE LINE. Regardless we are turning this phone in as well and both being phoneless due to outrageous sneaky corporate ways to further take customer money. This company is the WORST and I advise you to go anywhere but here they only look out for the sake of making a profit and not their customers. Then he easily transferred my contacts over to my new phone, He couldn't transfer my photos directly since my phone was incompatible with the appropriate transfer app, but he uploaded them all to the Google cloud and showed me how to access them on my new phone. He also informed me that my old phone would work with Wi-Fi, and I could access my old messages and any files on the phone, and connect to the internet. I had no idea. Rick was friendly, professional, and above all, helpful! I highly recommend.

And the thing is in these situations, often you can overhear customers trying to get help, and you more sympathize with the workers considering the often ridiculous complaints from customers. "My camera keeps taking a bunch of pictures in a row!!!!" Oy. Anyway all I needed was one simple item and I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. And, somehow I'm now paying LESS money a month with even more data on my plan. That happens often with AT&T and it just shows if you actually maintain your account it is an awesome service provider.

I had…read morejust paid for my storage unit for the month and my partners and I were reorganizing it and the dumpster was locked, so we left our garbage nicely outside the dumpster for whoever opened the dumpster next and took care of it - like they always do. I just received a call from a woman bashing me, making fun of me and yelling at me for leaving garbage next to a dumpster that was locked right by the gate at the storage unit. She told me she had overlooked my unit and to come "pick up my shit" in the next half an hour or my storage unit would be taken from me. There are no signs and I was never told that the dumpster AT the storage unit I paid for was of use for me?? Because why wouldn't it? And the way I was spoken to by this woman was appalling and incredibly unprofessional. Do NOT rent from this place unless you're ready to file a police report over stolen goods and want to be talked to like you're nothing. Moving storage units ASAP. Note: They say they "pride themselves on great customer service and a clean environment". Their customer service does not exist - and if it does, it's basically impossible to find and contact - and there has not been one instance that I have gone into my unit and garbage, bugs, leaves and dirt were not littering the hallway.

Not only is this property kept spotless, this week when I went to put a few more things in my unit, I came upon Liz and her staff scrubbing the outsides of all of the locker doors.
