I had a hard time getting Marcus to come out and finish the last few items at both jobs. He did finally finish after several calls, but thats not why I'm writing this negative review. A few months after the jobs were finished Marcus sent me two bills for "extra work" on the stores. There was never extra work and there was never any type of agreement, verbal or written, that he was going to charge me extra to finish the job. All he did was come back and correct the work that was unfinished. I'm assuming that he ran into financial trouble (winter is slow for some contractors) and so he hit me up for more money thinking I would pay if he threatened to file a lien on my customers property. And when I refused to pay the bogus bills, he did in fact send a letter to my customer threatening to file a lien on their property for unpaid debts. So he's now committing fraud by filing a fraudulent lien on my customers property. I would recommend to find another electrician for your electric project.

Avoid this place like the plague! They are only concerned about the sale and not the service. I…read morewas told that transferring my contacts from my old phone to my new phone was a simple thing. After 5 - 10 hours on-line trying to sync the contacts, I went to the store and they were unable to help me. I went to a Verizon store (Cellular is a contracted store NOT a corporate store) and they stated that they were unable to transfer my contacts. When I went back to complain, another sales rep tried unsuccessfully to transfer my contacts. After working with Verizon Technical Support, it was determine that the new phone would NOT take my contacts. When I went back to the store to return the phone as defective, the same representative who had told me that transferring the contacts was easy said that it was not a defect and that they would charge me a $50 restocking fee. Thankfully, Verizon stood behind their product and refunded me the restocking fee. Never will go back to them!!!! From now on, I will only go to a Verizon Corporate store, not "independent" contractors!!!!

A friend had just used CTI to service their phones and recommended them. I should mention we both have NEC phone systems. Anyway, their technician came out and was able to fix it for a smaller hourly rate. I think it was $90 or something. Totally reasonable price. And he was SO PROFESSIONAL and clearly knew what he was doing. The office people too - they're really easy to work with and always pleasant. We actually ended up buying a new system from them, and they credited us the cost of repairing our old one. Now I recommend them to everybody I can.
