Staff refused to help me to update my phone. They told me to do it on my phone (which I had tried to do) but it only wanted to ship the phone which was not what I wanted. I needed help to simply complete the transaction and get the phone which was confirmed in stock. It was very clear in the literal 2 minutes I was in there that the staff could not be bothered to help me any further. I am honestly at the point of switching away from T-mobile because of just how horrible the service is and how poor the customer service is. read more

I had excellent service at this location. Michael (I'm sure my spelling is wrong) was super attentive and answered all my questions about an upgrade. She even let me see her phone since they didn't have the model in stock (S21). She priced everything out for me and let me take a picture of my options. Even though I didn't upgrade, and made sure I said I was browsing from the beginning, she treated me extremely well. Hopefully I can upgrade at this location. I'm not sure if they do commission, but I'd love to give it to her! read more

Went in trying to purchase new phones. The whole place smelled like pot. The employee while nice, was obviously high and couldn't answer any question I had. I left without buying anything and will be taking my business elsewhere. Won't be returning. Avoid avoid avoid. read more

Came into store the other day. Patrisha was the employee helping me with my account. She started off nice, but as the conversation progressed her attitude was clear. She didn't know what she was talking about and had an attitude when asked simple questions. Other employees where playing on their phones, and uninterested in trying to help. Worst experience of my life. Phone that was purchased was faulty and service poor. Told could not get a refund. Employee offered to sell me his personal phone. Store manager handed phone to another employee during conversation, said it was another manager. When asked who was the manager, nobody would give an honest answer. Multiple employees verbalizing their job dissatisfaction to the point of saying they were looking for new jobs as management was poor. Asked manager for district manager number and told she could not give it out. Customer care said they could not do anything to help as phone had been purchased in the store. They said the store should be able to provide district manager's number, but they said they did not have it. They did provide an email. read more
