T-Mobile is a good choice for the elderly. I am less than a year from 90 years old. Unlike a previous cell phone service provider, T-Mobile allowed me to have and pay for what I want, the way I want. I chose text-and-talk since I have poor eyesight and difficulty reading browsers' small print on a cell phone . There are other devices for browsing the internet. Instead of a monthly payment for service, I pay forward, adding to the balance when needed. The clerks are friendly, helpful & courteous. Their advice fits what the customer need, instead of canned advice from an AI. I can't say much about T-Mobile's troubleshooting service since there has been no trouble with service during the years I've use T-Mobile. read more

We have been to this location a couple times recently and they are so quick and helpful every time we go. They got 4 phones ready to go for us and answered any questions we had. At the end of one visit, we bought them ice cream for helping us and while we were eating and talking, I found out that one of the girls there lived on the same street in the same city in Hawaii as I did during the same time I did - 25 years ago. What are the odds of people running into one another like that after 25 years in a small town in another state? Anyway, they are all very friendly and helpful and will get you up and running! I usually hate going to do anything having to do with my cell account. But not at this place. I highly recommend them! read more

History

Established in 1994.

T-Mobile changed wireless for our customers. Un-carrier made us who we are and it has become synonymous with 100% customer commitment. We set out to change the game, and the results speak for themselves. When VoiceStream Wireless was purchased by Deutsche Telekom and became T-Mobile USA, we were just like the other guys. We knew in order to stand out, we'd have to make a big impact. Enter the Un-carrier and the beginning of the end of the wireless industry as you knew it. We do it for the customer. The Un-carrier's momentum has become a consumer revolution that sets T-Mobile completely apart from the competition--with business results to match. T-Mobile¬¨'ĆONE abolished data limits forever. We simplified pricing and introduced a single plan that includes unlimited data, talk, and text. We set out to relieve our customers' pain points and ended up creating a wireless revolution. Join us and be part of the Un-carrier movement.

We've been calling this store for three days, we just need to know if they have a HUB available for us to purchase, but no answers, we don't live in Duncan, it would be nice to know before we drive 30 minutes for nothing?
