We almost turned around we arrived because the store was full. Luckily, we didn't. We didn't have to wait long before a representative greeted us. I believe his name was Ramón. He was very polite and professional and helped us out. They had the phones. The process was quick and easy. We left satisfied. This store is on the ground level in San Patricio Plaza. Three hours of free parking.
