That's this store…read more Every time I go into this store they waste my time trying to convince me to buy things I don't need. Additionally, they overcharge things on my account(I'm guessing so they can sneak in a commission) that I later have to spend hours on the phone getting reversed. Particularly, the representative Dale is awful. He actually gave me a guilt trip because I didn't want to buy any overpriced phone accessories. He actually made apparent that he was offended when I said I bought a phone case off of amazon. Just shop AT&T online! They are easier and you don't have to spend hours dealing with terrible customer service at a store focused on sales and not customer satisfaction.

I went into the AT&T store and I explained what happen and told them I had insurance on the phone. They explained that to replace the phone using my insurance would cost me $150.00 so I stated no way and cancelled the insurance and took the phone to CPR (Cell Phone Repair) store in mini mall in St Robert and they fixed the phone for $86.00.

Wow so about a month ago I came in I was ready to switch from att to Verizon. I was going to get…read morethe iPhoneX. The man I spoke with was rude and acted annoyed by my questions. He made me think that there was no charge till the first billing cycle ended resulting in a rather large bill. Then he announced that I owed tax upfront after I specifically asked what I had to pay today and he told me nothing was due. Then when I asked about a privacy screen he asked why and who I'm hiding my texts from? That's none of his business why I wanted privacy screen. I definitely didn't need the attitude like I was doing some shady stuff. I asked to cancel everything and left without the phone or contract. Fast forward to this morning when I get a call from Verizon saying I have a 200$ bill due immediately. I call Verizon and turns out he left the contract open after I asked him to cancel/void everything. Thankfully customer service understood and zeroed out my bill and canceled the plan. The call center customer service is always helpful. Store associates in this store are rude and not very helpful.

He worked in the bitter cold to run and install all new service to the house. He checked and logged me on to both my TV's and computer making sure I knew how to in case of problems, of which I have had none. Evan was extremely informative and professional, which I appreciated very much. I believe this cable company is providing great service for an affordable price, which on a limited budget is very important to me. Thanks again to Evan S. for great service.

Never had so many problems with an internet service before…read more Not only did they not mention that the company name changed and is now SparkLight, but they also failed for inform us that their rates changed and for MONTHS we payed almost double for a service that apparently doesn't exist anymore. With this company, prepare to experience TONS of outages. Now I am currently dealing with updating my router/modem (we have to call and add it to our account) and when we finally reached tech support (took almost an hour because there was a high volume of phone calls because of course there was an outage), they stated they could not help us because they do not have access to the "cable America" accounts yet since the name change and that we would have to reach out to someone in tech support that represents cable America. So now we're actively trying to get ahold of someone from cable America who can help us but of course we are stuck listening to elevator music for what seems to be an eternity.
