I came in wanting to cancel my recently passed grandfathers plan, had his death certificate in hand and Joshua put a hand straight to my face saying he can't help. Me and my grandma waited 30 mins to be helped by another rep, when we were then told that he, a manager, had to deal with us. He rolled his eyes at the rep when she said he had to help us and then proceeded to take his time yapping on the phone with whoever until he got to us.

Yet the geniuses keep plugging the data cables in thinking they are working. They cant possibly work because of the damage inside. I bring this up because my fix there today took an hour and a half. It would have been far less time if they knew of the inside damage. At first glance they look fine. But when you look into them you can see the pin damage.
