I had a scheduled appointment (although I was a bit late so I take full responsibility for that). After I was checked in and seated though it still was 47 minutes before a technician saw me, and almost an hour and a half before I was presented with a solution, which ended up being going to another store since they didn't have the parts needed to repair/replace my phone. I filled out the appointment request form very descriptively including the device type when making the reservation. I wish there was some sort of verbiage at the front and to state "hey we don't have this in stock, just so you know" Overall the staff was friendly, and I got to have some nice conversations with other customers. Could have been better, but I'm certainly not switching to Android, so I'll live. Just plan accordingly if you made an appointment. You may spend a large chunk of your day here.

Nobody greets you when you come in or acknowledges you while your wandering around the store looking for some help.
