If you go to their Facebook page there is a whole list of reasons (including a shady manger??) why this happened but it's been over 7 months and I haven't seen any resolution. I left my honest feedback on Facebook and have since been blocked. I was stunned to see that despite the "damage control" they are taking months to go through, they are continuously posting sales for new pre orders etc. I can only imagine how many others have had negative experiences only to be blocked from their page.
