I told her my problem and she said I needed a new phone, so I bought one, while transferring my stuff from old phone to new one, I got nothing on new one and she wiped old one clean. Going home pissed off, still no internet, went back to store, a young man got on the computer and said the tower was down. I went back home and called Metro, the lady said my old phone was fine, they were having tower problems. I didn't have to buy a new phone, so the manager is either stupid or she did it all on purpose to make that sale and screw me over on purpose. So, zero star. Do not go there and get ripped off. I was also impressed with the company's after-sales service. When I noticed, the day after the installation, that the mounted television appeared a little crooked (compared to the straight lines of the adjacent AV console and shelves), Beck-Tech sent a technician over within a few hours of getting my e-mail. The mounted television was, with diligent care and effort, straightened (in fact, down to the millimetre) to match the other straight lines in the room. Suffice it to say, when the time comes to install a surround-sound system around my newly mounted television, I will be calling Beck-Tech to do the job!

They won't give me information over the phone because I don't have service with them so they make me go to the store, the people in the store are useless and just call the corporate office which are even more useless. The corporate office said the would take care of this but they haven't. I don't know what else to do. I don't understand how I can owe anything to anyone for a service I've NEVER had service with them.
