Ive been with them since 2016 as a internet customer as I have hot spot. I have gotten okay service through the years over the phone until recently. About three weeks ago now almost a month my hot spot will not connect. I've spent hours and days on the phone with tech support and they keep telling me to do this and that and nothing has worked. Beyond frustrating. Then they sent me two SIM cards, but they do not work, then tell me my hot spot which was sent to me in 2022 has no warranty. I've paid my bill on time and this is the treatment I get. I was passing by my apt dumpster today when I saw an updated Hot spot device box in the dumpster. That's it Im done with T mobile FINISHED!!! Not one customer service person told me I needed an upgrade and they are horrible to deal with. I'm done, done done.. I will never do business with them again. Disappointed!!! Couldn't buy my phone because I didn't have a mask. First time a business in Decatur has made me leave due to no mask. This was the sign I needed to switch to a Linux phone and stop using T-Mobile. Lost a long time customer. read more
