Kolby was such a wonderful help to me. My phone decided to stop working just before Christmas and I…read morewent through my phone carrier insurance and received a replacement after I went to the youbreakitIfixit store in Canton and was told they could not do anything with it. After I received the replacement phone, I could not transfer anything from my broken phone and was told I would have to replace the screen (which i tried to do prior to the replacement phone but was told it was not possible) to being told to even think about transferring all my stuff it would cost me $300.00 -$500.00 to repair my broken phone to transfer everything, which was crazy because I was informed differently prior to the replacement. I searched and called and went by other stores to have them tell me the same thing. Then I came across Selectel here in Ellijay and met Kolby. Kolby not only was a God send, he was patient and understanding and said he could fix it but he would have to order a device. He had the device ordered and was able to transfer everything with no problem plus saved me a lot of money. If you have any issues with your phone, I would highly recommend going by there and speaking to Kolby before giving up hope. I can not thank them enough for helping me with the debacle that my Samsung flip phone went through and saving my photos, videos and everything else that I had on it.

I tried to thank her for collecting an item I needed but was unable to come in. She looked over me and huffed at the cars who had pulled up behind me. Below is the review from last time I was going to not post until they had been given another shot. How many times will I be asked to circle around the drive through? I am on time #2. But they say they're filling it now and the lady at the drive through is hateful. but it is ok because she says she is not being hateful. Luckily I found my OTC items on Amazon and will not be going there as long as Satanya works there.
