This spot is an authorized Amazon Locker pickup location. But probably not for long. For the past 3…read moredays, the business has been closed so UPS can't make Amazon package drops. We had to pay $24.97 in UPS fees just to have our packages rerouted to a UPS Access location just so we can get the Amazon items we ordered. So everything is now going to be a week late for delivery. I can't recommend having anything shipped here because the value just isn't there. You'll end up with notices from UPS saying the business is closed, can't access the Amazon locker, etc. Will never have packages sent there again and we had to file a complaint with Amazon.

I can tell you we came in to buy a refurbished, and she got us quite a deal on a new Galaxy S21 with 5G. A rocket ship of a phone. Took a half hour, very nice and impressive work. It is everything I needed and more. The transfer of data from my old phone to this one was everything, including all the apps. How in the hell did she do that! I've never really heard of this phone carrier before until my husband heard about it through a…read morefriend. We had been over paying Sprint and when we tried to get a hold of them for something that was wrong with our bill we couldn't get anybody to pick up the phone.I was on hold for 40 mins and not once did sprint answer. Went to the store and no help there either. So, we were angry and ready to say GOODBYE! Anyway, we went into the cricket store and were pleasantly surprised. They had a good selection of phones and the prices were amazing! Since Sprint are a bunch of jerks if you have a sprint phone it can't be converted so we said screw it and just bought different phones. They had a deal going on where if you port your old phone you get a deal on certain new ones. Well, I found a found for $50 vs the sprint Samsung S7 that was for $700. So, win there. I actually OWN my phone and don't have to make ridiculous payments on top of a high plan. They have a lot of plan choices and if you get a plan with someone else they can choose a lower plan and you can choose what plan you want. Neat. We went with the $60 a month plan that includes 10gb. There is an unlimited one for $70 which is still reasonable. Their insurance plans are $7 which is pretty cheap. I highly recommend getting the insurance! So, we are going to pay about $124 before tax. There was some deal that we got ten dollars off of his plan. I can't remember exactly how it went I was too excited about paying less for our plan, two phones, a slew of accessories and all for under what my ONE phone cost. We also got tempered glass for each phone. We had an AMAZING employee. Cody. He should get a raise. He was very professional, GREAT at multitasking and stayed on top of everything. He wasn't one of those skeevy guys where you feel dirty after and that you got scammed--i. e. sprint. We left happy and he went above and beyond. I can't say enough good things about him. :D Very impressed! Sprint put him on hold for almost an hour after promising it would only be 2-3 mins after he had been waiting to get a person. Ridiculous! And he was still nice to the person who FINALLY picked up. I would've been a jerk but he was seriously cool. He was able to help other customers without making us feel like he forgot us. He did an awesome job and I don't know how he did it but I hope he knows how much we appreciated the help and hell he went though to get us set up :D I highly recommend dumping your contracts (this is monthly and we have direct dep or you can pay in store or online) and going to cricket so you're no longer being ripped off. The sold her an iPhone 11 pro max with an aftermarket battery, sold her an otter box case and charged her for transferring data to a cost of over $800. The gave her a very long receipt that said she had 7 days to return. Remember she has one eye! The did not verbally tell an 85 year old she had 7 days! I spent 4 hours the next day trying to help her with this and on a daily basis since.. They even created accounts and passwords for her that she does not know what they were or how to change them. I came into the store with her and explained to them that there is no way this woman should've been sold an iPhone 11 Pro Max and she wants her phone back. Which they replied Nope sorry no return policy and we already got rid of her phone. If you know any seniors, do not let them come in to this business. this is a predatory business. Be careful. As I told them I will be filing a complaint with the Attorney General and Better Business Bureau. And the recent positive reviews on their Facebook page is because they're allowing these out of the country scammers to post on their profile and in exhange they're giving them positive feedback. Read the feedback very carefully with these guys. I'm thoroughly disgusted. She could've gone to T-Mobile, which I tried to get her to do pay $50 a month and they would've given her a free phone and transferred her data over for no charge..
