My cup of tea keeps sliding all over the desk while I'm writing. I wonder who made this Tea Mobile. This is located in the small city of Batavia, sandwiched between Buffalo and Rochester. It's next door to my favorite tanning salon in town, which I frequent whenever I come to Batavia. They certainly know how to be friendly in here, which is appreciated, but I still haven't been able to find a deal that would really cut into the awful overcharging amounts I'm paying to Verizon, while still keeping me at a level of comfort of service that I want. Too bad I cannot give 0 stars. Several trips to this store, only one person working, very limited hours. I have students from other countries, cannot seem to get their prepaid phone plan paid. Able to pay first month, 2nd month it says it went through at the store, then the students get notification of an issue. Not sure why so many issues!!!!! I was having trouble accessing my emails from my iPhone. I was out of town and passing through this area so I stopped in to see if they could help or let me know what was wrong. Assistant Manager David took a 10 second look at my phone and immediate said my phone was old and I needed an upgrade, and pointed me towards the new iPhones available. Luckily I was in a hurry and did not make a purchase. When I returned home, I figured out that the email issue was with my email, not my phone. My phone was perfectly fine! That little scammer was trying to make an easy commission off me by SELLING ME AN UPGRADED PHONE I DID NOT NEED ! I called the store and spoke with manager Andrew who admitted David was UNETHICAL & working for commissions, he was to speak with David and call me back... he never called me back.
