Can never get anyone to answer the phone. Have to drive to the store just to get answers. Maybe their phone is out of order.

History

Established in 1994.

T-Mobile changed wireless for our customers. Un-carrier made us who we are and it has become synonymous with 100% customer commitment. We set out to change the game, and the results speak for themselves. When VoiceStream Wireless was purchased by Deutsche Telekom and became T-Mobile USA, we were just like the other guys. We knew in order to stand out, we'd have to make a big impact. Enter the Un-carrier and the beginning of the end of the wireless industry as you knew it. We do it for the customer. The Un-carrier's momentum has become a consumer revolution that sets T-Mobile completely apart from the competition--with business results to match. T-Mobile¬¨'ĆONE abolished data limits forever. We simplified pricing and introduced a single plan that includes unlimited data, talk, and text. We set out to relieve our customers' pain points and ended up creating a wireless revolution. Join us and be part of the Un-carrier movement.

I informed him I have been with AT&T for over 20 years and they used to have technicians that worked on phones, in the store, in the past. He replied in a smug way, "Not at this store!" I read the other reviews and they are spot on. I know in a business, the lower level employees mimic the attitude their management takes of their customers. Sounds like they need to clean house in the Alice, TX store, starting with management and working their way down. If a business has that kind of attitudes when you are buying their product, how do you think you will be treated once you have a problem and come back? Buyer beware...

I love that even though I did not get the phone in the store they were still just as helpful as if I had. This store is clean and well stocked in cases for iPhone XR, 11, and 12s. We will definitely give Johnny some more business!
