People were rude and seemed like they were unwilling to help. My friend made a phone payment and asked the store to provide a receipt for that and they acted like that was such an inconvenience and then acted like they wouldn't be able to do that for her. I mean, I don't work in a T-Mobile, but it seems pretty ridiculous that they wouldn't have her payment in their system and be able to provide her with something to help her out. Then to have an attitude on top of that? Come on, your in a customer service job. If you dont like helping people its time to do something else. read more

Why is there no -10 starts. By far the WORST place for T-Mobile help. If a new user has this store as the first place to visit will curse T-mobile and leave the service as early as possible. They fraud people for the payment and offer racist remarks, have reported about them. They will offer you service if they feel doing so, or if you are a very close friend. Don't understand why they are still open!!. Hope T-Mobile gets to know about this and get them sued or arrested. read more

History

Established in 1994.

T-Mobile changed wireless for our customers. Un-carrier made us who we are and it has become synonymous with 100% customer commitment. We set out to change the game, and the results speak for themselves. When VoiceStream Wireless was purchased by Deutsche Telekom and became T-Mobile USA, we were just like the other guys. We knew in order to stand out, we'd have to make a big impact. Enter the Un-carrier and the beginning of the end of the wireless industry as you knew it. We do it for the customer. The Un-carrier's momentum has become a consumer revolution that sets T-Mobile completely apart from the competition--with business results to match. T-Mobile ONE abolished data limits forever. We simplified pricing and introduced a single plan that includes unlimited data, talk, and text. We set out to relieve our customers' pain points and ended up creating a wireless revolution. Join us and be part of the Un-carrier movement.

And how they're offices aren't still open should be completely illegal considering Governor Ivey, and the entire country for that matter, is trying to get people back to their offices because there's no reason to have them closed anymore. Phone call w/tmobile cust serv says I will be paying FULL bill this month and credit will start in 1-2 months. Every thing is 1-2 months - Are we not automated, have computers? Why does what is advertised in store as sale actually take 1-2 months? Currently I'm not pleased. Changed to tmobile as I was told good cust serv vs verizon. Beginning to wonder with my first experiences..... Oh yeah, wifes new iphone wouldn't work (wouldnt make phone calls). We were told that she probably activated the esim - well she would not know how to do that. Phone showed primary and secondary phone nr (both the same). When trying to fix per store it wiped out her plan. Had to go back to tmobile store - went local Phenix City - Mgr there took out the physical sim and got phone restarted with 'tech support' reinstating the plan. He said that with the Esim that a physical sim should be installed. So two different stores on 2 different set up pages????

Made the trip, over 30 minutes away, to find out they were unable to accommodate, not being a corporate AT&T store. That's fine, where I have a big issue is that the manager was completely dismiss myself and play go back home and left the representative (who is trying to help and trying to figure out a way to make it work) standing there and condescendingly tells her quietly "nah, I'm good. You got this. I already told you the deal", then leaves while smirking(I'm guessing at how she's simply not going to make progress) As a customer, this is extremely aggravating and annoying, because he's wasting her time and my time. I appreciate the fact that she tries really hard, and my advice to her would be "maybe he has some technical knowledge for you to learn, but definitely don't pick up his people skills". It takes a lot for me to write a negative review, I try to give everyone the benefit of the doubt. This manager was just unprofessional and was more interested in flexing his power and teaching her a lesson and actually trying to help the consumer.
