Die Mitarbeiter, die mir den Laptop am 04.02.2026 zurückgaben, zeigten dieselbe Einstellung und drängten mich zur Eile. Das heißt, sie schnappten sich höflich und gierig die Tasche mit dem Laptop, verabschiedeten sich und rannten weg, während ich am Tisch sitzen blieb. Bluetooth funktionierte nicht und funktioniert immer noch nicht. Der Austausch des Sensors kostet 730 €, im Ernst? This transfer was done for me at the Apple Store last Monday when I bought my Computer there. After coming home Inoticed that the transfer was not complete and I could not access some important data. I went to the Apple Store today (with an appointment) and was rudely treated by two women who were supposed to help me. They were incompetent and wanted to sell me some program but were not willing to help me to install it. I am 80 years old and not Computer savvy and a little kindness, politeness and help was not too much to ask. I then went to a small one man shop in the Altstadt and my problem was taken care of without any problem. I wanted to return my Mac but I have to keep it because the data can only be transferred from one Mac to another. I will never step into your store ever again. Doreen Wissmann
