She said she liked a stylist named Elizabeth so I texted her number that I found from their website to schedule an appointment. She was very nice from the beginning to the end of the process, and was able to fit me in her schedule within the week. I was going from lighter ends from my grown out "ombré" to darker ends. I just wanted all my hair to be my natural color again, but also not use any unnecessary dye on the natural part of my hair. She said she could do that (dye just the lighter bits to match my natural color), so we looked at some color swatches and determined which one was the most similar to my hair. My favorite part of the process was the shampoo! It felt amazing and smelled heavenly. I was also very glad to find out it was cruelty-free and vegan. The price was also affordable compared to other places I've been to! She didn't up-charge me for my long hair length since she was only doing half my hair, and the blowout, style, and shampoo was included with the price. I'm so glad I went here to get my hair done instead of the expensive place I went to the first time I got my hair done! When my hair was done, you could see a very subtle line of the difference in color. The one we had picked out was darker than my natural one. She was honest with me about it, and, after talking it through, I determined to wait awhile to see if the color would fade. If not, she said she would be happy to put a gloss over it to help it blend. I'm glad I just let it be because now (2 months later) it looks totally natural! The whole experience was really laid back and fairly calming. Elizabeth was soft spoken and didn't try to force a conversation. (We ended up having a lot in common though, so that wasn't an issue). It didn't take as long as I had expected, the hair dye was good quality, ammonia-free, and she did a good job without making me feel rushed. But she did rush my brows and didn't clean up my eyebrows all the way just shaved some from the top, and gave me the razor to finish at home, and she waited to long to take off the dye which came out extremely dark... I don't use razors on my face because it makes the hair grow out straighter and it's hard to wax down the line she didn't ask if I preferred wax or razor or anything. my brows are two different shapes and not even. she barley mapped them out so one is thinner and more curved than the other. And all for 50$ and a 30min drive from me. which was not worth it at all maybe their other services are good but not the tint, lamination, and stain. Which I didn't even get my brows laminated like I had asked.

We cruised around the city to try and find a nail place, and I'm really glad we came to this place. It was a little busy, but they took us right away, even with no appointment made prior to our arrival. We sat down in these comfortable massage chairs; water was already running in the chairs - not too sure how clean it was, but they have a filter system to keep the water going and put in a special disinfectant and let it run for a bit before draining. After about 5-10 minutes, there was fresh water put in to let us soak our feet in. There's more attention to cleanliness of nails, and almost none in terms of massage and lotion of the legs and feet. I've been to my share of nail salons in my time, but I felt that this place was good. Say what you want, ladies, but the best person to ever give me a pedicure was a man (from this place). He was extremely thorough with every part of the pedicure, from cleaning the cuticles and cutting my nails, to the accuracy and symmetry of the design on my toes. The only reason why I didn't give a 5 is I would've liked if he cleaned under the nail at the sides. On the other hand, for service, I had initially chosen a dark blue polish with a green shimmer, but upon being polished, appeared to be teal. I didn't really like the colour, but he still did 2 coats before asking if I wanted to change polishes. I did end up changing to a midnight/dark blue. He drew the design by hand with a little gem in the middle. I could not find a single imperfection. It looked good, I felt good, and I was happy. For 2 pedicures - involving 2 with polish (my boyfriend had a clear polish/buff) and 1 (mine) with design, the bill was $58.00 after tax.
