I had already made an appointment with another handyman service before I saw Matt's company. By his…read morecompany name, it already told me that he means business when it comes to fixing things. Matt picked up the call and was incredibly friendly and professional. I had called so many companies already and not everyone will pick up a call or even return your message. Matt comes across very honest and trustworthy and when he gave me his pricing, it confirmed his integrity and fairness. Matt went above and beyond what I asked of him and he will be the first and last guy I call next time I need a repair. I can't speak highly enough of him. Thank you Matt.

If I could give this guy a zero I would. THEY ARE A SCAM. He quotes me a 4hr job to repair two holes in my wall so fine. He sends over a repair man who told me like 5 times he was sick so he will be a little slow. After 2hrs of him going to get supplies he let's me know that he didn't know the holes were big he was told they were small so the job was going to be alittle longer...then maybe 6hrs. So I call the owner to talk to him about the misquote and instead he tells me he's stressed and doesnt need to deal with this and cancels the job. THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. I guess that's what I get for not hiring someone licensed and bonded. Lesson learned.

Gino will respond quickly to you as well, which is contrary to a lot of those other handyman services around the valley. This company obviously takes pride in their trade which is why I would highly recommend Cracker Jacks to anyone who is looking for unfinished projects to finally be completed around the home.

Installations were done but with a little change. I texted him the day before and he came out to the house the next day and on time! The myQ installation was fast and clean. The only problem we had was to pair the myQ device with the Genie garage door opener. The instructions that came with the myQ box didn't work. Jeff figured out the problem and we were able to get the two devices to work together. The new myQ device and the garage door work perfectly. The "nest" install didn't happen. We installed the ecobee4 smart thermostat instead. The installation was smooth and fast. Jeff took the time to make sure everything worked correctly. We also asked him to look at our air conditioning problems. He checked everything out and gave us options on what needed to be done to fix it. He didn't even charge us to look this over. We made an appointment to work our Air Conditioning problems next month. One last thing, Jeff gives you his prices up front. No worries on what you are paying for the work being done. Jeff is professional and highly skilled. I would recommend him for all your "handyman" work that you need.
