T.G.I. Friday's has been a staple to our family. I cannot count how many times we've gone here actually mainly because every single member of our family loves their food and the ambience. I've come to realize through the years that Friday's really is a place for big groups with big appetites!
If you have never gone inside a Friday's branch before, the first thing you will notice is their interiors. They have movie posters, life-size action figures and other quirky trinkets adorning the walls of the restaurant. Plus, their waiters and waitresses wear fun pins on their uniforms, funky/funny hats on their heads and a smile on their faces!
My favorite dishes here would be their French Onion Soup, Chicken Tenders with Fries and Fettucine Alfredo. If you're in the mood for some appetizers or just something to munch on while drinking a beer or having a glass of their mojito, try their Fried Mac n' Cheese, Mozzarella Sticks with Marinara Sauce and their Buffalo wings with Bleu Cheese sauce. I also admire the fact that Friday's came out with Filipino dishes such as their Filipino Pork Liempo and Friday's Pork Adobo. Both are super duper delicious! In fact, I think I've had the Pork Liempo 5 times! The grill on the liempo is perfect - it's moist, tender and oh-so-good.
Friday's also makes really good cocktails. I love their strawberry mojito and margaritas! But if you're not into the so-called girly drinks, you can go for some ice-cold local or imported beers.
Fridays' MOA branch is quite spacious so it's good for events and special celebrations. We actually celebrated my niece's 7th birthday here and I can tell the kids loved it as much as the adults did. Their packages are pretty solid in terms of food, drinks and the other party favors that come with it. The MOA branch also has an al fresco area and it's a really nice place to stay at, drink a few glasses of cocktails and enjoy the Manila bay view during the cooler months. read more
