The receptionists are always very welcoming friendly and happy to help, as is the hygenist. They open until eight a couple of times of week which is very handy if you work in a 9 to 5 job. I've rarely been made to wait for an appointment, in fact more often not I've been in the chair five minutes before my scheduled appointment. I can't say I enjoy my visits but if you've got to go to a dentist then you could do much worse than go to this one.

They don't do Saturday appointments, and it's really hard to get them on the phone. When I HAVE been for an appointment, though, the service given by my dentist has been excellent. It's more the reception staff that let them down which is a shame. EDIT: Today's experience was much better. The receptionist was much more friendly today! I have added a third star.
