What ever was said before about the staff I strongly disagree unless of course the staff have changed. I found the assistant on the counter very helpful, and the pharmacist very, very helpful and understanding. I was on holiday and realised I had not got enough insulin in my pen to last me another day, so after looking up nearest chemist's in the area, I found boots close by (near the big Asda) the pharmacist went out of her way to help me, not only giving me a new pen but managed to go through the Welsh national health thus enabling me to have one free, yes she had to go through a lot of channels i.e. Welsh national health and English n/h and letting my own doctor know what had been done. I would award 10 stars if I could and would strongly recomend read more

The pharmacist lady is the most rude in professional pharmacist I've ever seen also the lady on the counter is extremely rude the only member of staff was the young blonde girl who was polite the way they speak an talk about customers so they can hear is disgusting I've heard many people complain about these 2 women no I've witnessed it myself an ended up getting my prescription an taking it to the chemist around the corner where the staff were happy to help an polite no way would I recommend anyone to use that chemist very rude an in helpful all I can say is get another job if that's how unhappy you r an think u have the right to treat customers like dirt read more
