Right away, I loved that they actually had someone answering the phone in a business-like manner. I'm not impressed when I call a service company and the phone gets picked up with a 'yeah?' or a 'hi', and I have to ask if this is the electrician. They also gave me a reminder call the day before the appointment, which was very thoughtful of them. Chuck, the general manager, showed up exactly on time for the appointment and was able to resolve both issues in about half an hour. He was very nice, and I found their prices reasonable and fair. I will definitely be using this company again for future work, and would highly recommend them to others.

So I, being a hands on type, took it upon myself to see what could be done before I call an expensive repairman. Well as I carefully looked at it and determined that it was a blown capacitor ( a GE dielektrol dual capacitor 370 vac) that was the culprit. Now here I am looking for a $40 part on a Friday evening, there was little to no help of course, but I called ( my last call for the evening ) this place, On Time Electric Plumbing and Heating where I was informed ( yet again) they were not a parts supply store and to get this part I would have to pay their after hours fee $129 (or service call fee) plus the install at $180/hr. Needless to say is said well if you don't just want a quick part sale then goodbye and that is my nice sweaty Friday! Hope yours was better....

The man traipsed mud all over the bathroom floor - didn't even remove his muddy shoes after coming inside. But that wasn't the worst... We only had a small drip before "fixing" - AFTER - it is pouring out of the drain pipe like NIAGARA FALLS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There is water ALL OVER THE BATHROOM FLOOR and we have to have a bucket under the sink. It is INFINITELY WORSE AFTER BEING "FIXED"!!!!!! We have had to call the idiot back to see if it can be really fixed for sure. I have no expectations here.
