Maydelin is an amazing find for residential cleaning services. We just moved to Louisville a few…read moremonths ago and we were having issues just getting return phone calls from cleaning companies. She has been highly responsive since our initial request for pricing and availability. She is on-time and has been flexible when our plans have changed (family visiting). All positive signs, right? But how is the cleaning? Maydelin knows how to really clean- truly a professional. We have always had cleaning services in our homes for over 30 years. There are only two that we would consider exceptional and this is one of them. But remember, you get what you pay for. She was the not the cheapest price, but she shows up on-time and does an awesome job. If your looking for the lowest price, best to probably look elsewhere. This is a fairly new business, but there is no doubt she will be booking up her schedule quickly.

I live in Arizona and last week was my first opportunity to visit my dad and take a look around. I took this picture on Sunday, 5/15. I shared this picture with our contact at the company, Rosie. And asked if she could explain how this could be missed. Every grate in the house looks similar. She said that the basic clean we pay for does not include them vacuuming/cleaning the grates. But that the first deep clean it would have been done. Hard to believe this much dust can accumulate in approx. 60 days. FYI - the rug that they vacuum is within 5' of this grate and they have to step over it to get to the bathroom. When I asked if this could be addressed I was politely told we could find someone else to clean the house. Nice customer service - right :) If the owner of the company wants to call and address with me in person, Rosie has my number.
