I also have a dog and no matter how much I vacuumed my car I could never get the dog hair off the carpets. Stephen made my car look exactly like it did when I first bought it brand new a few years ago. He got up all the dog hair and cleaned it thoroughly even in the tiny crevices of the car. I will definitely be a return customer next time my car needs detailing.

I've chewed up and spit out fast talkin' scamming detailers of Asheville that think they could work me over and they've never seen me again. If you go to Nathanial, you will NEVER bring your car to anyone else ever again, trust me. He is a complete class act from personality, skill, expertise, honesty, price point/value and just even down to things like website design and his POSS Square for secure payments. Monthly maintenance programs? Yep, he's got that! From a former guy in the business, he's the real deal and I can fully say he's the way to go for anything you need for cleaning your prized automotive possession, especially in the onsite comfort of your own property!

Hired Jonathan to detail my 2014 Audi A7 Prestige in early spring…read more At first, it appeared he was doing a great job, but I noticed he drove away before I could tip him. Very odd. Once he had out a safe distance between us, Jonathan texted me that he had poked a hole in my seat with a screwdriver and vowed to make it right. I reached out to him multiple times and the only fix he could offer was further detailing at a discount. He has made no action toward actually getting the leather repaired. Highly unprofessional way of conducting business. I understand that mistakes happen, but when they're made, they should be rectified and not met with excuses and platitudes. Will not hire again, and I advise you to also be wary. A detailer that can't be bothered or afford to fix his mistakes is far more of a liability than an asset.
