T & I Design were asked to design a compact kitchen in my recently built flat. I had little idea of what I wanted, Susie Hammond, T & I's kitchen designer steered me through the process, giving me options and listening to me, and then coming up with alternative options when needed. Her ideas were innovative and helped me use space which otherwise would have been dead-space. Susie is constantly busy, so if your using her, which I would recommend, then you may need to jog her memory from time to time.
T & I were at all times professional, the product they sold me (built in kitchen cabinets, bedroom wardrobe) were of high quality, and T & I's installer, who's multi skilled across plumbing and electrics etc. did an exemplary job. I bought the white goods myself on line for them to install. Timescales slipped a bit on occasions. but not badly. I would suggest you meet with the installer and Ms Hammond on your site prior to the start of the job, I didn't and that led to a few minor avoidable issues during the job.
T & I Design did an exemplary design and installation of my kitchen and I would use them again and recommend them to others. As in all works, be aware of and monitor costs as you proceed, that applies to any job, especially if your project is on an older property, I did this, as a result, there were no major surprises.
