He arrived exactly on time, was clean, polite, and friendly. Same day service is so rare these days! After some quick tests he determined my system was running okay but was very low on refrigerant. He gave me an accurate repair estimate, then gassed it back up and the cold air came back strong. What a relief! He also patiently answered all my questions and suggested I have him come back later to check for any leaks. Thanks for saving the day, Justin! I will be recommending you to neighbors and friends.

The system was working, but looked like it could start leaking refrigerant at any moment. He gave me several options, including temporary solutions to possibly stretch out replacement, and also a quote for replacing the unit with new. He was very professional and clear as he outlined options and explained the efficiency differences between new systems today and my 14 year old unit. I hired Just-in-Time Heating and Air to replace my system, and they did it very quickly, and to the highest degree of quality in workmanship I have seen. They even raised the new unit up off of the ground under the house to reduce moisture intrusion, which had accelerated rust and corrosion in my old unit's coil and electrical components. Very happy with the service I received from Just-in-Time!
