I was calling from Seattle, so this all had to be talked through sight unseen except for some examples I viewed on their website. The delivery to the funeral home went off without a hitch, and friends sent me pictures of the flowers on the casket. They were beautiful and just right for the occasion. The price was reasonable, not cheap but very fair.

The finished product looked nothing like what I wanted, not even in the same color scheme. That was, unfortunately, not the worst. I called them 10 minutes before the funeral was to start because the flowers had not yet arrived. The arrived 20 minutes later and looked like they had been thrown together in haste. We started the funeral late to wait for the flowers. I would NEVER recommend this florist, I would order on line or from Butte!!!!

Keystone Floral did the flowers for my wedding at Holland Lake Lodge, and they exceeded all…read moreexpectations! When the flowers were delivered, they were gorgeous! Both Gloria and Dolores worked exceptionally hard in making sure that they had my color scheme and desired look, but they also even went so far to check that a little bit of yellow in the irises would be okay because they knew I did not want yellow flowers. The displays were beautiful, the flowers were of great quality and they lasted more than a week after the wedding. The best part for me is that they made me a flower crown using similar flowers in my bouquet, and it exceeded all of my expectations. They even brought hair attachments and hair brushes with them to make sure it would work and stay in my hair, and I do not think that many flower companies would do that! I think it was even better than what you see in magazines or on Pinterest. Plus, the final cost was reasonable. I also loved their enthusiasm and willingness to work with what are commonly considered "filler" flowers because I wanted something other than roses, orchids, and baby's breath! I wanted to capture the wildflower look for my wedding in the forest, and they captured it perfectly and were willing to work with the wine bottles I wanted to use as vases! I can't recommend them highly enough and urge everyone considering wedding flowers to use them! You will not be disappointed!

My sister is also a floral designer and I was expecting a beautiful arrangement in a nice ceramic container like I had seen on their website.Instead they delivered one protea, one calla Lilly and a Gerbera daisy , a little stock and some filler in a wooden box. I could have paid the same amount for a beautiful arrangement on line at FTD or even another florist. I will not be using this florist again unless they make it right. I thought they had a professional floral designer on staff. There was no theme or cohesive idea for this arrangement. I told the guy that I wanted a ceramic container, purple flowers, protea and stock. I truly thought that there would be a tropical theme. That was wishful thinking that they would come up with something beautiful.
