Specifically try the 'stegt flæsk med persillesovs' which is thick, but relatively lean, slices of bacon, served with boiled potatoes, parsley sauce, and pickled garnish of different kinds. Simply divine! NOTE: For dinner it's always a good idea to call ahead and book a table, as they're often sold out. And they're closed on Sundays!

They use Ramson leaves which was new to me grounded into an herb dust. The dust makes the butter extra savory. Husband had the steak and says the best ribeye of his life and he is Australian. Service is table service. Bilingual staff which was helpful. They were kid friendly as well and brought our 9yo niece a coloring book and color pencils. Ambiance is elegant, overlooking the Fjord.
