Came to see the former synagogue transformed into a bar/restaurant! Nice job in making it a fully…read morefunctioning restaurant with great drinks and a nice menu. We kinda just came for drinks and a app. I suggest making reservations as this place is busy!! Luckily we got seated pretty much after we got there as we had a reservation. They have some outdoor seating but lots inside. Cool, noisy vibe . This is one of the places your told to go when looking up bars and restaurants in Krakow. So maybe a but touristy too. Our group had a G&T, Prosecco , French 75 and a Negroni. All made well but did take awhile to come out. We also ordered some carbs ! Fries and their traditional mushroom Zapikanki, which translates to mushroom casserole. Even though it comes on bread! This is delicious ! Creamy buttery mushrooms with cheese and greens in top. Yum. Nice thick cut fries too. Glad we checked this place out. It was a little loud and the device a little slow. Definitely a happening place though !

This is for sure my favorite place in Krakow. This is a restaurant inside of an old synagogue…read more There are 3 floors and tables outside. They serve Pilsner Urquell as their main beer. Also there's a secret hall downstairs. I really enjoyed this place, visited it at least 3 times during my short stay in the town. Also, they have some social events on the top floor. Great people work there. I love this place and definitely recommend it!

We had such a fun night! If you can't get a reservation, go by earlier in the day and ask for one…read more We lucked out that way. We wanted to see music, so be sure to ask to sit in that room, before the music starts. There was a charge for music, but it was pretty minimal. I think about $12. You pay for that before the band starts. So we were horrified that our reserved spot was right in front of the stage. There were still some unoccupied tables, but she wouldn' t seat us elsewhere (I think because they were for groups of 4, even though they were twosomes and all pushed together into a single row. We were literally inches from the stage. We ALMOST left, but were so glad we stayed. It actually wasn't too loud! We could even talk and hear each other during the show. The table was right in front of the drummer and we had to get up and move to let him up onstage, but somehow it wasn't too loud. They were definitely set up to fill up the place and not be offensive. The band was amazing. Mostly US and British tunes, with a couple of what I assume were Polish songs. And they had an amazing guy who just did the harmonica to every song. We enjoyed it so much. Well, since YELP IS a food reviewing site, I had to knock off a star because their pizza was like any other typical bar food. They had other menu options, perhaps better?, but my husband wanted to share a pizza.

I am not a huge fan of jazz, but my friend wanted to come and check it out. We sat close, but then…read moreagain it's a cozy bar, so all seats are fairly close to the stage. We didn't eat, just came for cocktails and beers. It was a casual and laid back spot, but highly popular with a lot of guests, not locals. Still not a bad night out. Music was fine, drinks and company was all good.
