On arrival I noticed that the front tyres had apparently been replaced that morning (soapy water still on the tyres ). The new tyres were a budget type costing £40. As the car had only done 4000 miles I queried it & was told that the original ones had probably worn out or had punctures. First they denied replacing them, then admitted it. The inside had several sweet wrappers, & a bad stain on the rear seat. I walked away. What a waste of a day, let alone all the fuel I used,260 miles round trip.

I discovered 20% of total floor space is Ora, 80% is Kia. Coffee machine old fashioned with no decaf option and nobody offered me a coffee despite me waiting 15 minutes to speak with the Ora specialist. Neither the Ora or Kia appealed because the anti rust warranty requires regular inspections to maintain it unlike other brands like Toyota, Skoda, Fiat etc who offer a straight twelve years.
