They said I called late to pick up the equipment so billed me for 2 mos. $80/mo. Manager just called-- acknowledges the problem (to me, no problem to them), & expects me to pay $160 for 2 mos. Feel screwed!!! Information was not accurate, no communication to me to correct false/mistaken information, added equipment, bill significantly higher!

We finally called and asked them to send an itemized list and a final notice stating we were paid in full. We didn't receive this but two weeks later we got another invoice! This time she told us it was for supplies that were purchased three months ago. We had been told we had paid for those supplies already. This is a shady company that is full of hidden costs. Now when we call they can't guarantee there won't be any more invoices! Worst billing department we've ever dealt with and very unethical practices.
