Feel screwed: I was told (verified 2x) that I'd be billed $25/mo for equipment and needed one order to keep keep Rx active. They delivered & billed for equipment I didn't request/need and charged more. NO communication of the difference. Plus need was false-- filling the order once didn't keep the Rx open. They said I called late to pick up the equipment so billed me for 2 mos. $80/mo. Manager just called-- acknowledges the problem (to me, no problem to them), & expects me to pay $160 for 2 mos. They keep sending invoices! My husband used this service to get a CPAP. They kept sending invoices and were told it was all paid over the phone and then they'd send another invoice! We finally called and asked them to send an itemized list and a final notice stating we were paid in full. We didn't receive this but two weeks later we got another invoice! This time she told us it was for supplies that were purchased three months ago. We had been told we had paid for those supplies already. This is a shady company that is full of hidden costs. Now when we call they can't guarantee there won't be any more invoices! Worst billing department we've ever dealt with and very unethical practices. read more

They are way overpriced!! When I got a new machine from them I was led to believe my insurance had approved the bulk or MOST of the price. Then about 45 days later I receive an invoice showing the machine which you can buy on 1800cpap and pay less than $1000 for (just take to your doc for setting) was billed out at over $2k. The supplies 3x the cost and I am stuck with over $700! Don't use them! Buy online and save! Even the supplies are 3x what you'd pay online and your insurance likely won't cover them. Employee Driver Concern. On my way into work around 10:30pm on 07/16/2018, driving in St. Paul, MN, I encounter a driver from this company. He was in a company vehicle when he pulled out in front of me with little distance between our vehicles where I had to quickly swerve to the other lane to avoid an accident. As I kept driving, the man driving the vehicle sped up to my vehicle going well over the speed limit on the road and tailgated me until he could get around. He then proceeded to slam on his brakes in front of my vehicle almost causing an accident again. I continue driving as he sped off again. I had to continue the same way because of a train blocking my normal route to work. The driver of this company vehicle happens to meet up with my vehicle again on the city streets. At this point, he is driving on the shoulder to drive window to window with my vehicle. I felt very threatened for my safety and others around us driving. In my attempts to avoid him, I had to break traffic laws for my safety. Even with doing that, he caught up to me again and rolled down his window screaming at me while stopped at a red light. "Think you're a tough guy, I beat your (profanity) and see how tough you are then" and he continues yelling more following my car after the light turned green. Finally, after he was done yelling he sped off in a different direction. Police had been contacted for this incident and his actions were threatening. I was not able to grab enough info for this company vehicle and driver but I hope this can help the company look into this incident and discipline or terminate him for his actions that threaten my safety and others on the road because of his temper. read more

Don't use these guys. I'm helping my 90-year-old mother who just had surgery. The hospital ordered home oxygen for her at 10:45 AM to be brought to the hospital so we could go home. at 4:15, we gave up on them and the hospital sent us home. Figuring we could just as easily wait at home. The company said they would deliver the oxygen between 6 and 7 PM. 7 PM went by, no delivery. After multiple calls to the after-hours dispatcher, they finally called back at 8 and said they could be at our house shortly after 9 PM. At 9:15 they called and said they were on their way and would be at our house by 10 PM. My 90-year-old Mom would have been in bed an hour ago if it hadn't been for them. It's now 10 PM, no one is here. They have made the corporate decision to avoid providing the resources needed to meet their commitments, even if it means significant medical consequences. Too bad for their clients, but they get profits. I would give the zero stars if I could. When the technician arrived, he was quite good, but it took from 10:15 to midnight, which is too late for my mom. The technician: 4.5 stars; the company 1 star. read more
