As someone who is both overweight and trans, it is so important to have be non-judgemental and she is great. And i always get the services I request. My only complaint is that the company itself imposes unrealistic time constraints on the Sugaristas. Especially for first time sugaring or people who are overweight, there should be exceptions to the tight time frames they have. My first appointment was with a different Sugarista who was also fantastic, but she was newer and she had to rush through the end of my service to meet the deadlines imposed by management. It still worked out pretty well, but I could tell that she was stressed and the parts she did at the end weren't as thorough because of it. Again, THIS IS NOT AN ISSUE WITH THE SUGARISTAS. They are great. But these time constraints just aren't always realistic. Overall, great service, great people, but the structure of appointments and time frames needs work.

Okay so i'm writing this because i'm very upset with how the process of the hair came out and service. When I came in I noticed how everything looked and stuff looked used and brushes as well. Also the person I scheduled my hair appointment with was also late.. So I had to wait a few minutes and when she finally came I had to wait for her to set up. I honestly should have left. Anyways, before I start this took close to 6 hours it was 5 and a half hours. My other appointments have taken 2-3 hours max for my hair. Anyways, as she doing my hair my first issue was that she was putting gloves on and touching her phone.. So whats the use of gloves? Honestly I prefer no gloves but I saw that unprofessional. She kept calling people and messaging and said she had a issue which I understand but I found it unprofessional because she kept having to step aside to take it which kept the hair appointment very long throughout the entire process. As we're half way done she rinses my hair out and I immediately notice how dark the top still looked I don't comment on it yet but it's very visible so obviously I'm annoyed because I came for my roots to be touched up because in the first picture that's what it looks like and the second is how it still is just barely lighter, so basically nothing... so after she applies the toner I'm sitting there waiting for 10 minutes and after she rinses it I notice that its still dark... I then comment saying "its nice but my roots are still dark." she then says "it's my first-" I don't know if she meant that was her first time but I didn't hear what she said. But then says "it's just how I do it but you can always come back in and we can fix it." I understand that but I don't want to have to wait that long again nor damage my hair any further. This was unnacepptable and I would really recommend really checking who you get your hair done with. I would also like to add there is yellow patches in my hair where she added bleach to the top of my hair line before rinsing it off. I have to go to another salon now and have this fixed.

Don't go to here unless u go to Nora or the lady with the short hair. Everyone else there will F ur eyebrows up. Yes I speak from experience.
