Granted this was a holiday, signs were all over the place saying don't do it. Of course I continued and regret my decision. She asked if I wanted hard and it was not hard at all. Left the room 4 times to take care of walk-ins. Completely killed the session. Really needed some physical rejuvenation as an athlete and needed muscles massaged and recharged. When I left, I was yelled at for tip and told her it was on the bed. The nerve after the distractions, without apology. Also, you have to pay before even getting anything done. Goes without saying I will not be back and would not recommend.

I was hesitant at first…read moreb/c sometimes salons are very loud and the spa experience is not relaxing but this location did a great job with the spa room and atmosphere. It was quiet, peaceful, and dark. I found out about Salon Aguilar at a pop-up event in Springdale where they were offering chair massages and mini facials. They had a special for a massage and facial for $95 so I decided to book an appt. I had the massage first with the owner Stephanie. She was great. Very thorough, talked with me first about my issues, always made sure I was comfortable. She didn't talk a lot during the massage, which was nice and she did a great job with my 30 minute treatment especially her arm massage. Emily did my facial after and I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn't sure what to expect since she did not take much info at all from me and did not ask about my skin or customizing ingredients for me specifically. But she had a very healing touch and I loved the facial overall which included dermaplaning and a scalp massage. I do wish she would have told me what products she used, and like I said, she did not ask me about my skin and concerns at all. I didn't want her to really sell me products after but to show her expertise and knowledge by telling me what she used and what would work for me would have been nice. I will be back for both services. Great deal for a relaxing mini spa day.
