Not possible to give zero stars…read more This is poorly-run business. Read the reviews outside of yelp on it please. I did not, unfortunately. My daughter is a 4.14 GPA kid trying to better on ACT. Huntington was confident they could help us with our goals. What we got in return was mostly what we could get from self-study guides, but my daughter did share she picked up a few tips. Worth it you might think, but not even close. We could have googled this. The stuff my kid told me was nuts, and it was amazing how the mgr tried to deflect it back on her when I shared my dissatisfaction regarding their lack of prep and communication. Just amazing. Took forever to get my cancellation refund and I had to call at least three times, and be unpleasant to finally get action. Hire a private tutor.

The instructor (Michael Giacalone) did such an amazing job of reviewing the necessary information, using relatable examples, that it stuck. I passed the exam on the first try! PMA also provides additional guides, videos, practice exams, and tutoring with the exam prep course. They'll also walk you through applying for the exam if needed. I would recommend this course to anybody working to achieve their PMP Certification.

Speaking of materials, the materials were great, and now they include a practice guide on Agile methodologies, which is very helpful in my organization. Also, the online material was very useful, and the pre-exam tips book was a good read. In total, Phillip did an excellent job, and the PM Academy provided a great learning experience!
