Thankfully, working with Mark Kaire and his team made everything so much easier. From the very beginning, they kept me in the loop, explained each step clearly, and always made themselves available for my questions--without me ever having to chase them down. They took care of everything behind the scenes: insurance companies, medical bills, paperwork--you name it. Instead of spending my days buried in calls and forms, I was able to focus on recovering and getting my life back on track, knowing they had every detail under control. What impressed me most was not just how hassle-free they made the process, but also how they went above and beyond when it came to the outcome of my case. The results exceeded my expectations, and I walked away not just relieved but genuinely grateful. I've already recommended Mark to friends and family because I know they'll be in good hands. Disappointing Experience! Please Stay Away! I hired Alfredo…read moreIzaguirre to represent my son in a small misdemeanor case. First of all, he asked me to pay $10k for representation, of which I paid $5k as down payment. I didn't know any better and I was desperate, so I didn't shop around and went ahead. Now I know that he charged me 4 or 5 times more than he should have! However, I went ahead and started the process hoping to reach a deal with the other party and finish everything quickly. During the first month, instead of actually making the deal with the accuser and/or the prosecutor, he didn't even manage to meet with either of them. Every time I asked for an update, he said that "he was waiting for them to call him back". In addition, he allowed the prosecutor's assistant to add an extra charge to the case, which made things even worse for us. During this time, beside a couple of letters to the court and a couple of visits to jail, he didn't do much, he just waited for things to happen. When my son was moved from criminal to immigration jail, I asked Alfredo Izaguirre to find out where he is, and he told me that "he doesn't know how to find that out". I searched in Google myself and found out quickly where he was! One time, to my surprise, Alfredo decided by himself to set up a court date for my son to plead guilty because he thought this was the best way to finish the case quickly!! Why that happened is a mystery to me, which I obviously told him and he then canceled it! I fired him eventually and hired someone else who already spoke to both the accuser and the prosecutor, and I am hoping to finish this situation soon. It's sad that I have to write these things, but I do it with the hope that others will not have the same experience. I am giving him 2 stars and not 1 because he actually replied to my texts and emails quickly, although not providing any useful information. I recommend to anyone who plans to hire Alfredo Izaguirre to be very careful as you may end up in the same situation. And please believe me, it's not pleasant!

If you are considering hiring this firm, I strongly recommend paying close attention to how billing…read moreand communication will be handled. I ultimately spent over $9,000 for very limited progress on my case. My initial conversation with Oscar was positive and professional, which gave me confidence in hiring the firm. However, after retaining them, communication quickly became confusing as multiple people were emailing me about the case, making it difficult to understand who was actually responsible. From the beginning I repeatedly explained that I could not afford extensive litigation and wanted the scope of work to remain limited. Despite this, the billing escalated quickly and included charges from several staff members for tasks like reviewing documents, organizing files, and internal communications. In the end, the primary work completed was filing a notice of appearance, a motion for extension of time, and an answer with affirmative defenses. After those defenses were filed, the plaintiff submitted a motion to strike them. I was never notified by the firm about this filing and only discovered it myself after checking the federal court docket. By that time the response deadline was already approaching. Because the legal costs had already become too high, I had no choice but to ask the firm to withdraw and continue the case on my own. After spending more than $9,000, I ultimately found myself defending the case pro se anyway. In hindsight, I wish I had remained pro se from the start and avoided the significant financial burden.

Mind you, they don't know me, they had absolutely no idea of who was calling or what I needed. I can tell something about businesses like these, that will hire anything to be the face of the company- stay away. As a business owner I know that earnings and profits are a priority for any company. But if you can't provide a basic customers service experience how can you really earn anyone's trust. At first I didn't like his honesty then after thinking it over, I realized he was right, and I needed to solve this. As a New Yorker I appreciated his straight talk and I knew his suggestion was the right move so I hired his law firm. So, what took me so long to write this review you might ask, well!
